LA Times: Compares Palin to a dominatrix

The LA Times gets into the "which actress is Palin like" game.
Personally I'd vote for Demi Moore, because, as veteran comedy writer and " MASH" co-creator Larry Gelbart pointed out when we were discussing this, Moore could really capture what he sees as Palin's "mixture of sensuality and dominatrix.
A dominatrix?

The author of the article also has a different idea, though:
Yes, Palin reminds me of Tracy Flick. She's the ferocious overachiever Reese Witherspoon plays in the excellent 1999 comedy "Election," who despite her angelic face is vindictive, manipulative and would do anything to become president of her high school class.
How come Palin's ambitions generate such negative adjectives, but Obama's and McCain's do not? They want to change the world to make it a better place (and, yes, to occasionally satisfy their own egos). But they are public servants. She is vindictive, manipulative, a dominatrix, etc. The fact she is not a sexless persona means her political power has a frightening, even castrating sexual edge.
